Sadahalli sits on the Bengaluru–Hyderabad highway (NH-44) just south of Kempegowda International Airport, which makes it one of the closest residential belts to the terminal. The approach is what draws most buyers here: Lodha places its Sadahalli site about 10 minutes from the airport, and Prestige Tech Cloud is about 5 minutes away by the same estimate.
The projects here are large and at an early stage. Completion dates registered on K-RERA fall between 2030 and 2032, so this is a market for buyers who can wait for the Blue Line metro station planned at Doddajala and the rest of the corridor to mature.
